Reviews and Ratings
The hotel pleasantly surprised me with its spacious rooms, although they seemed in need of some updating. Its proximity to Whaler's Village was a definite plus, but the overall appearance could use some sprucing up. The service was super friendly, and the staff's added touch of leaving a note on my pillow each day with a lovely message was a wonderful gesture. The location was prime, very close to the ocean and within easy reach of everything I needed. While the dining experience was nothing special, it was still tasty, and the facilities were adequate for my needs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was exceptional and the location was fantastic, there were some delays with room readiness. The dining options were subpar, but the facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel was fantastic with its ideal location right by the beach and proximity to dining options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the rooms could be brighter if not on a higher floor, and the view didn't fully meet my expectations.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were not just nice but extremely comfortable, and they were kept very clean and well-stocked. I especially loved the spaciousness and the wicker accented furniture. The view of the pool was fantastic, and the large king-size bed was a dream!
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag, with some drawbacks like rooms not meeting expectations and having a musty odor, but it had its positives with friendly service and a convenient location close to attractions. The dining options were average, and the facilities needed some attention.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms, while a bit dated, were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a nice view of the pool and a glimpse of the ocean. The service was exceptional, and the main reason I would consider returning. The location was great, near Ka'anapali Beach and Whalers Village, although I may opt for a more modern hotel next time. The dining experience was good with a variety of food but a bit pricey. The facilities were decent overall.
